What is GoLogix and how does it help my courier company?
GoLogix is a platform to run an international mailbox company under your own brand. You log packages, follow every status, consolidate shipments and bill your customers without spreadsheets.
How do my customers reach their virtual mailbox?
When you create your account you get your own subdomain, for example your-brand.gologix.app. There your customers sign up, create pre-alerts, check their packages and pay their invoices.
How does GoLogix charge for the service?
You pay by the number of packages you receive each month, in brackets, and the first 50 are free. There is no contract and no fixed monthly fee. Premium modules, if you turn them on, have their own monthly price.
How do I collect freight and shipping payments from my customers?
Each company sets up its own payment methods: PayPal for online payments, or bank transfers and SINPE Móvil that you verify yourself before delivery.
Is my customers' and packages' information secure?
Yes. Each company's data is isolated: customers, packages, settings and accounts are not visible to any other company on the platform.
